All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
We do NOT accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
❌ Why No COD?
To prevent fake orders, reduce parcel rejection, and ensure faster processing, Zeptrics accepts prepaid payments only.

This policy allows us to deliver orders faster and provide better customer service by minimizing fraud and delays.
4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery takes around 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
Any delays due to courier companies are beyond our control, but we’ll help resolve them as quickly as possible.
5. 🔄 Returns & Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
You received the wrong item
You received a damaged or defective item
A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package is mandatory for refund requests.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
