At Zeptrics, your satisfaction is our priority. We work hard to deliver quality gadgets, but if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Refund:
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
You must share unboxing video as proof, starting from the unopened package.
Only damaged, defective, or wrong products are eligible for a refund.
❌ Refund Not Applicable If:
Product is damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
You don't have a proper unboxing video.
Product is used, or packaging is missing.
You are requesting a refund after 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working day by one of our clients
